02. Introuction.
Start-Stop-Continue (SSC) is a retrospective technique in which students and instructors reflect on their recent experiences and decide on what things they should change as the course moves forward. Think in that class that you do not like and you would like to express what is wrong. SSC is that app.
02A. Brand Development.
What the project needs first? the new branding. In the SSC project and after lots of research, I developed a logo based on common intersections that represent the combination of the terms: stop, start and continue. This intersection means “feedback” along with the SSC retrospective technique.
03A. Analysis.
My supervisor tried but couldn’t approach the perfect way to get feedback from their students in an automated platform. The general feedback from users was to avoid the confusion of the technique. I used product demo videos and an exhaustive onboarding experience along with tooltips with different professors to develop a design concept UX/UI concept.
04. The Solution.
Up to this point, I started to flip from the experience of an instructor end-user to a student end-user. It was clear we needed to shift focus to the student if we wanted to succeed, the UX and UI interface provides a single, integrated and personalized experience of the Start-Stop- Continue technique.
04A. User First
While conducting the product audit, I found a lot of areas for improvement and clarity was one of the most important characteristics of the interface.  I worked on simplifying the interaction between Teachers and students in real-time.
04B. The Solution.
I wanted to validate my instincts, I did a day of user testing with my target. Some folks remarked that they could see a huge potential for what the SSC was trying to accomplish and that the APP interface is useful and intuitive. My biggest takeaway that I prioritize the SSC features.
