The web and mobile app Loqal makes it easy for users to connect with different service experts. For business owners, helps to get found online and get more jobs.
02A. User Flow
03. The Problem.
The project requires branding, and develop a website and mobile app for Loqal. The idea is to enhance the business transaction between vendors and users in an intuitive user interface.
03A. Persona Analysis.
The first step was to produce a UX persona analysis. The user-centred and marketing character will help to represent an individual that uses the Loqal site, brand, and services.
04. The Solution.
How do we tell our full brand story on our website? This is where the work began. I worked on developing a logo that provides a fun way to interact with the brand and starting sketching a website and mobile app that encourages exploration and builds a positive perception about the brand and consumers.
04A. UX Prototyping.
I packed up all the info, explored lots of experiences and directions to cover all main user flows. The prototype allowed the team to establish navigation components and ended up having a clear vision of the user journey. As soon as the work got approved, I started making the UI Design. What's next?.
04B. UI Design.
After reviewing lots of feedbacks, we're ready to compose the UI Design. During this stage, all systems components were created, starting from types, colours, buttons, navigation, cards, data entry fields, illustrations, etc.
04C. UI Mobile Design.
The next phase of Loqal's project was really fun. In the mobile UI design part, I implemented functions from the user's point of view to improve usability. The designs are minimalistic and the final traces required many sleepless nights to keep everything together.
